| Yuvan Medspa Policies |
- All appointments/reservations must be secured with a credit card.
- We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice on all MedSpa services. Please refer to our cancellation policy below.
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Checks (local only), and Care Credit. Return check fee is $25.
- No refunds on services, series, gift cards, products. Please see our return policy below.
- Yuvan MedSpa promotions and prices are subject to change without notice.
- A tranquil environment is desired by our clients; please do not bring small children under the age of 18 to the spa during your scheduled appointment as we are not able to care for them during your stay. This will result in cancellation of the service and a cancellation charge.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

| Return Policy |
| There will be NO REFUNDS for services already provided. There will be NO REFUNDS on services or series already purchased. Yuvan MedSpa does, however, have an exchange policy that gives you options in case the need arises. Should you wish to discontinue your treatment in the midst of a series, credit for the pro rata share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended (the treatments that have already been provided will be charged at current single treatment price to calculate the credit) and this may be used to purchase other treatments, not products, offered by Yuvan MedSpa. Cancellation policy applies to all series clients. There will be a $75 administrative charge for all exchange of services. All product sales are final. All Gift Card sales are final and affected by cancellation policy. If you are the recipient of a raffle or door prize, gift certificates may not be transferred or exchanged for other services and/or products. If your service is a gift, gift certificate/gift card must be presented in order to receive your services; please give them to the receptionist prior to starting your services. Yuvan Medspa will not be accountable for lost or stolen gift cards. |

| Cancellation Policy |
| Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. While we realize that emergencies may occur, there will be a charge of $50 for your first no-show, or cancellation of less than 24 hours notice (48 hours for Friday and Saturday appointments). After the first time, there will be a charge of 50% of the scheduled service for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation and up to 100% for any no-shows. Therefore we require the guarantee with a major credit card. This enables your service provider to receive his/her compensation for loss of time. If notification is not received within these requirements, a cancellation fee will be charged. To ensure all guests receive their full treatment, we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but we cannot guarantee service to guests arriving 15 or more minutes after their scheduled appointment time. If you fail to arrive for your appointment at scheduled time, a “no-show” fee will be charged. Any late arrivals will be treated for the left over duration of the booked appointment time. We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees, as a courtesy to our staff. This policy will also be effective for all gift card clients and series clients. If you have a series, the service from this series would be deducted. If you have a gift card, the balance of the procedure that you booked would be deducted from the gift card, as a courtesy to our staff. |
